The Longport Volunteer Fire Department is looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our volunteer organization. We have been serving the community for over a century! Training Drills every Monday starting at 7:00 PM except for the last Monday of the month which is reserved for our General Meeting each month. Join HR Recovery Initiative to empower survivors of human trafficking by volunteering your time and skills. Volunteers must participate in a mandatory day-long training due to the high-risk nature of the population served.

An active volunteer group of caring men and women, known as The Friends of Meadowview, assists both residents and staff in countless ways. Volunteers operate the home's gift shop, help transport residents, and provide friendship and companionship to residents.

Coordinate community services and support as a representative in Cape May County.

Assist with various volunteer activities at the Atlantic City Corps, including community outreach and event support.

The Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company is always seeking new members. If you are interested in joining or know someone who is interested in joining, stop by Station 1, 6609 Black Horse Pike, and talk to any officer or firefighter on any Thursday night. | Requirements: Membership in the company is open to all residents of 16 yrs. or older of Cardiff, Egg Harbor Township that are able to perform the duties of a volunteer firefighter regardless of race, creed, color, sex, age national origin, marital status or physical handicap. Applicants must be capable of fulfilling the physical requirements of a firefighter and are subject to a complete background check by Egg Harbor Township Police Department prior to being accepted. Set up and strike the stage, ensure safe and efficient changes to the stage, work lighting and sound equipment, and coordinate with the House Manager.

Help The Huddle of South Jersey by volunteering your time to support their programs and initiatives. Volunteers may assist in organizing community activities, supporting fatherhood education programs, and helping with administrative tasks.

Engage in activities such as working at the help desk, intake, and pantry assistance. Volunteers help sort and repack donated food and other items.

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities for students, teens, and adults, from helping to sort library materials and displays to preparing crafts for programming.
