Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives that align with our mission to promote science and technology.

Help staff community events to promote Girls Rock Camp Madison programs by handing out flyers, selling merchandise, and engaging with attendees. Volunteers are essential for spreading the word and supporting our mission.

Discover or deepen your knowledge of the fascinating architectural history of Madison by leading small groups through Madison’s historic neighborhoods. Docents can participate through our summer walking tours, bike tours, and special events. Training is required before providing tours.

Help ensure that the Madison Trust’s voice is heard regarding preservation issues in the community. Volunteers will participate in advocacy efforts and community engagement.

Assist in the HUGS program by providing peer support to families who have experienced early pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or infant death. Volunteers should be compassionate and willing to share their own experiences if applicable.

Assist in reaching out to potential partners, sponsors, and participants to expand our programs and increase our impact.

Assist in planning strategies for increasing public awareness of the Madison Trust and efforts to protect and promote Madison’s historic neighborhoods and buildings.

Join the nationwide effort to advocate for museums by participating in the annual Museums Advocacy Day 2024. This role involves engaging with museum professionals, advocates, and supporters to discuss the importance of museums and championing for increased funding and policy changes.
