Join thousands of volunteers in caring for Yosemite’s trails, campgrounds, and public spaces during the annual Facelift event. Volunteers will engage in various stewardship activities, helping to maintain the beauty and accessibility of Yosemite National Park and its surrounding areas.

River ambassadors help keep the rivers clean and trash-free by joining our River Clean Up Days or Adopt-a-Highway along the Merced River canyon corridor. This role involves participating in scheduled clean-up events and promoting awareness about river conservation.

Engage in research and data collection at specific sites along the Merced River as part of the Water Quality Monitoring program. Volunteers will receive training and support to help monitor the health of the river.

Represent the Watershed Council and lend a hand at our events and community programs scheduled intermittently. Volunteers will assist with event setup, engagement with attendees, and promoting the Council's mission.
