The Lincoln Fire Department is a combination department with 3 career members per shift and 1 call firefighter. The call firefighter position is a paid, scheduled shift nights and weekends. The Call Firefighter must be an EMT with ambulance experience and firefighter I/II certified. Candidates should expect to work at least a shift a week and be responsible for ambulance transports and fire response in an engine or ladder.
