Minot Commission On Aging
Volunteers for Meals on Wheels deliver hot, nutritious meals to seniors in Minot and the surrounding area. This rewarding role involves not only meal delivery but also providing a daily wellness check and a friendly, personal connection to recipients, ensuring they receive nourishment and support. Routes are available Monday through Friday around 11 AM, and volunteers can choose to deliver weekly, monthly, with a partner, or individually.
Minot Area Mens Winter Refuge
Volunteers can prepare a hot meal to be served at 7 pm, or make it earlier to be delivered or picked up to be reheated at that time. Leftovers from events or meetings can also be donated.

During the winter months, volunteers are needed to drive a 14-passenger van for 1-hour shifts in the morning (6:30-7:30 am) and evening (6:30-7:30 pm). No special driver's license is required to participate in this role.

Volunteers aged 21 and over are needed to stay on site from 7 pm to 5 am during the winter months. This role provides support to residents and includes access to free WiFi and a comfortable TV room.
