The Mocanaqua Volunteer Fire Co is an all-volunteer organization that covers residents of Conyngham Township, Shickshinny Borough and parts of Union Township and provides mutual / automatic aid to other surrounding fire departments, when needed. If you would like to assist your community, we’re for you. We’re looking for individuals at least 18 years old who are interested in becoming a fire fighter, fire police and auxiliary support for the organization. We will provide you with the training needed to fill your interest in becoming fire fighter or fire police. Our auxiliary members assist in fund raising, administrative duties, community events and many other activities.
