Volunteers assist with greeting visitors, working the desk, attending team meetings, supporting events, hosting recurring events, assisting with fundraising and grant writing, and representing the center at various events. Volunteers collaborate with community organizations and contribute ideas for programming.

Volunteer to spend 30-45 minutes a week virtually tutoring a young student in literacy. This program runs from July 10th to August 24th and offers a chance to connect with a child and support their learning over the summer.

Shepherd Tri Township Fire Department is accepting applications for the positions of Firefighter/MFR and Medical First Responder. We are a part paid department. Promote the adoption of local animals by engaging with the community and raising awareness about available pets.

Foster pets whose owners are temporarily unable to care for them, providing a safe and nurturing environment.

Perform checks of community cat colonies to monitor their health and well-being.

Educate pet owners about available spay and neuter programs to help control the pet population and improve animal welfare in the community.
