As a Clerical Assistant, you will help with organizing, filing, and transporting documents. This role supports the administrative functions of Wartburg and ensures smooth operations.

Assist in the Cooney College Center, providing guidance and support to students as they prepare for college applications and financial aid processes.

Partner with college students and graduates to provide support and advice through the demanding college years. Training for mentors is provided to ensure effective guidance.

Volunteers provide academic tutoring to Student Athletes, helping them succeed in their studies and prepare for college. This role involves one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.

Accompany a member to appointments or visits out of the home, providing support and companionship.

Accompany a member grocery shopping and help with packages, or pick up the list and do the shopping for them.

Computer skills helpful. Join the team in the office and help answer phones, greet visitors, and work with us on special projects.

Call members to 'check in' and provide social interaction, making a real difference in someone's day.

Visit members who find it difficult to get out. A friendly visit can be once a week or once a month, providing companionship and support.

Accompany and assist members on outings to cultural, entertainment, or shopping destinations, enhancing their social experiences.
