Help plan and produce art exhibits, handle art sales and insurance for artists, and manage the display of art in the gallery. Submit artist information and images to the Marketing Director.

Oversee the design and construction of new spaces, arrange for building maintenance and repairs, and manage rentals and building schedules.

Manage gift shop inventory and display, schedule volunteers, and oversee the gift shop during open hours. Assist visitors and make sales.

Assist in writing and publishing print materials, communicating with the community, and managing membership. Work with the Marketing Director on website management, social media, mass emails, and event promotion.

Organize and oversee classes and workshops, manage after school programs and residencies, and maintain the mural project in collaboration with Mountainair Public Schools.

Volunteers are needed to rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, rehabilitate them for medical problems or emotional stress, and help them get adopted into loving homes. This role involves hands-on work with dogs and requires a compassionate and patient approach.
