EMTs are responsible for the care and transportation of the sick and injured, paperwork associated with that care, and replacing and restocking supplies on thier units. | Requirements: 17 years old and certification as an EMT or taking classes to become certified. Gibson volunteer fire department is always actively seeking new members from commity chairs to active duty firefighters and EMTS. On average we run 30-50 calls a year ranging from MVA's to structure fires. We also support our local community through fundraising, fire awareness and various other outreach program's.
