Completion of Firefighter-I and or Connecticut MRT/EMT program. Attendance at weekly drills, monthly meetings and special events. FIRE POLICE: Passing of department entry physical. Completion of basic orientation training, including CPR, Infection Control and Introduction to Kensington Fire Rescue Standard Operating Guidelines and Procedures. Completion of Connecticut Fire Academy Fire Police Procedures program. ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBERS: Posses administrative skill required by the department.
