Volunteers are needed to work at concession stands during various school events. All items to be sold are provided by the Booster Club, and profits are split 50/50 between the working group and the Booster Club.

Help is needed for various events organized by the Booster Club. Volunteers can donate their time to assist with different activities and times as needed.

We are a 100% volunteer fire department that covers roughly 25 square miles. We average approximately 30 calls each year. The majority of the calls are for mutual aid to neighboring departments. We have 7 pcs of apparatus - 2 engines, 2 tenders, 1 squad, 1 brush truck, and a UTV. We train twice a month, the first and third Monday. We have our monthly meeting on the fourth Monday of each month. | Requirements: U.S. Citizen. 18 years or older. Live or work within a respectable distance to the firehouse. A willingness to make a large time commitment by regularly attending trainings, meetings, required schooling, department fundraising events, and anytime the pager goes off. Entry level 1&2 is encouraged to be completed within one year of joining. The cost of those classes can be covered by the state of Wisconsin. | Categories: Firefighter

Assist ELIA's water scientists in collecting water samples to measure levels of nitrogen, nitrates, phosphorus, chlorophyll, dissolved oxygen, and total suspended solids. Volunteers will help strengthen ongoing data collection efforts to support the lake's vitality.

Work with the DNR Clean Boats, Clean Water program to educate boaters and distribute brochures at the boat launch. Volunteers will help prevent the spread of invasive species and engage with visitors about conservation efforts.
