Help greet visitors to the Beatrix Farrand Garden on Sunday afternoons from 1pm to 3pm. Volunteers assist with educational programs, social media, and mailing campaigns, and may also participate in special group tours.

Join our group of 'Gardening Angels' to help maintain the beauty of the Beatrix Farrand Garden. Volunteers work under the direction of our horticulturist, Karen Waltuch, on Monday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 11am. The season runs from mid-April to late October, weather permitting.

Volunteer Firefighter is an entry level position and reports to the elected officers of the Fire Department as well as the Board of Fire Commissioners. This position attends trainings and meeting as well as responds to emergencies including but not limited to: Fire, EMS calls, motor vehicle accidents. Training and equipment is provided by the District / Department.
