Lead fitness classes and activities tailored to seniors’ needs. Volunteers will design and implement exercise programs that cater to the physical abilities of seniors, promoting physical health and wellness.

Provide valuable medical expertise and guidance to our community. Retired doctors will offer their knowledge to help shape health programs and provide consultations to seniors.

Assist with cognitive assessments and follow-up activities. Volunteers will support the administration of cognitive tests and help organize follow-up sessions to monitor senior participants' progress.

Help guide seniors towards healthier eating habits and meal planning. Volunteers will work with seniors to develop personalized nutrition plans and educate them on the benefits of healthy eating.

Volunteers are responsible for cleaning litter boxes, floors, and other surfaces, as well as feeding and refilling pet food and water bowls. Volunteers are expected to help with daily operations and take initiative to support the team.

Students can sign up to perform in virtual concerts by submitting a performance video. Each performance earns students service hours, and they can choose to perform pieces from any musical genre.

Students can also perform live at assisted living facilities, where they will fill out attendance and perform for senior residents. Each in-person performance earns more service hours compared to virtual performances.

Volunteers are needed in various areas of live theatre including ushering, collecting props, building sets, painting, sewing, sound, lighting, ticket sales, and concessions. Volunteers can also help with administrative tasks and special projects.
