Volunteers at Laurel House Comfort Care Home provide compassionate end-of-life care to residents. Responsibilities include offering emotional support, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a comfortable environment for residents and their families.

We are looking for a volunteer who wants to be an active member of our department, who will commit to taking the courses to go on calls whether it is exterior firefighter (everything but go inside a burning building), interior firefighter (exterior firefighter plus go inside burning buildings) and fire police (traffic control). | Requirements: Our active members must attend a minimum of (8) monthly meetings, (8) departmental functions, annual mandatory trainings plus respond to calls when available.
