The Secretary keeps accurate minutes of all meetings, provides copies to the Executive Board, and notifies members of meetings. They maintain a file of the Corporation’s correspondence and ensure proper distribution of mail.

The Archives Director is responsible for the custody and preservation of the Corporation’s records and maintains an inventory of all legal documents and property.

The Treasurer keeps accurate accounts of all financial transactions, works with the Membership Director to maintain a membership list, and submits financial reports at meetings. They also prepare filings required by state and federal agencies.

As a foster volunteer, you will provide a temporary safe haven for cats and kittens until they can be adopted. Angelcat Haven supplies all necessary items including food, litter, and vet care, ensuring there are no out-of-pocket expenses for the foster families.
