We work to stabilize and mitigate these incidents, preserving life & property and providing care and assistance to the public as required. Members do not work a specific shift but must respond to calls as alerted in a timely manner. This includes calls during all times of day, including nights, weekends & holidays. Members also participate in non emergency activities such as cleaning & maintenance of equipment, Public Education & Fire Prevention, and Departmental Fundraising.
