The Bradford Fire Department is looking for self-motivated individuals who are interested in Emergency Services and helping their community. We have a need for Firefighters. The position requires attending 1 meeting and 2 department training's a month. In addition, responding to emergency calls whenever they happen. On average we respond to 4 emergency calls a week (numbers vary more or less of course). Bradford Fire Department covers approximately 30 square miles, including a portion of Interstate 91. We also provide mutual aid assistance for surrounding departments. Serving your community as a volunteer firefighter is one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have!
