Under the supervision of the Fire Chief, the Volunteer Fire Fighter performs advanced firefighting work in preventing, combating, and extinguishing fires and responding to emergency calls which include vehicle entrapment and other rescue situations. Training and Experience: A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is minimally graduation from high school.
