Oldwick Fire Co
The Oldwick Fire Company is looking to recruit new volunteers for the position of Junior Firefighter. Firefighters help to minimize the effects of fire and other hazards within their community to protect life and property. We respond to fires, motor vehicle accidents, hazardous materials incidents, and other miscellaneous incidents which occur within Tewksbury Township and surrounding municipalities. Junior Firefighters have a unique opportunity to learn firefighting tactics, and aid Firefighters to make operations more efficient and safe. Help our marketing efforts by taking impactful photos during therapy sessions, adaptive riding lessons, summer camp, field trips, and annual events. Twice a year, capture the fun at our Spring fundraising event and Fall Equus Gala.

Established in 1947, the Green Knoll Fire Company is a member of Bridgewater Township Fire District #3 along with Country Hills Fire (Station 24) and North Branch Fire (Station 49). The GKFC is an all-volunteer organization with two fire stations Green Knoll Station No. 1 located at 606 North Bridge Street Green Knoll Station No. 2 located on Dow Road The Green Knoll Fire Company serves a population of 30,000 residents covering 15 square miles of schools, libraries, houses, businesses, churches, synagogues, temples, and shopping malls. The Green Knoll Volunteer Fire Company responds to over 600 calls a year and provides reciprocal assistance to neighboring townships. | Requirements: Must be 18 or older. Cadet members must be at least the age of 15. Cadet members may provide support in non-operational areas. All applicants will be subject to a complete background check. All applicants must pass a physical examination as per the guidelines of the New Jersey State Fireman's Association.
