Join us on trail work days to help build and maintain mountain bike trails. We provide the tools and training on sustainable trail construction; you just need to bring your energy and enthusiasm! Typical work days are held on Saturdays from 9 am to noon, followed by lunch.

Perform small household repairs in teams of two or three people. Volunteers need to have their own tools and be willing to work a few weekdays per month on small projects. Materials will be provided.

Lead small teams or groups to coordinate the construction of wheelchair ramps for disabled clients or lead handyman projects. Determine materials needed, which will be supplied by Hearts in Hands.

Visit and pray with elderly and disabled clients, and perform various household needs. Volunteers engage directly with clients to provide support and companionship.
