Provide skilled craft or trade support such as carpentry and painting. These roles are intermittent and as needed to maintain the facilities.

Contribute to the planning and execution of special events and Pedal Dream projects. Volunteers are appreciated for even as little as an hour of their time.

We are a 100% volunteer department located 46 miles directly west of the city of Chicago. We do ask volunteers to be within a certain distance of the Fire district to help in responding too calls. We are a close community and strive to help in many opportunities. We do meet weekly for training and once your past your probation period you are able to gain knowledge and respond to calls. We also cover standbys one weekend per month. Volunteers are invited to engage in hands-on experiences that support the Fox Valley Orchestra. Responsibilities include assisting with events, supporting administrative tasks, and promoting the arts within the community. Volunteers can earn community service hours for their contributions.
