Participate in organizing and executing community events to foster engagement and support within the community.

The fire service can take you as far as you want to go. It is a rewarding feeling to know you helped someone that is having a bad day or to teach a child and adult about fire safety. There is more to the fire service than just house fires, car wrecks, and medical calls it is about giving back to the community that we serve. All training certifications that are required is Free. Join us for the Dog Days Run Walk event on June 14, 2025, to support Hub City Service Dogs. Volunteers will assist with water stations, registration, cheering on participants, and helping with setup and cleanup. This is a fun and rewarding way to give back to the community and enjoy a day with dog lovers.
