Auxiliary support members are the backbone of the fire department. For those who are unable to perform the duties of a volunteer firefighter, we welcome the assistance in non-firefighting roles. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicles, fire station improvements, filing of paperwork, maintaining fire equipment, and other miscellaneous duties. There are many tasks that must be completed to make a fire department run. Auxiliary members can also bring in special skills to the department that are possessed through hobbies or workplaces. Anyone who is willing to lend a hand is welcome! | Requirements: Requirements include a willingness to work! Knowledge in skilled professions or trades is welcomed, but is certainly not required. Volunteer Firefighters/EMT's respond to calls for service, such as structure fires, wildland fires, motor vehicle collisions, medical emergencies, and hazardous materials incidents.
