Volunteer firefighter. After successful completion of rookie book and 6 month probationary time; if the member is in good standing with the agency member will be eligible for quarterly pay incentive. Busiest volunteer fire department in Laclede County, approximately 1400 calls a year. | Requirements: All training will be provided. ALL members are required at time of employment to show proof or obtain basic fire, emergency medical responder, NIMS 100,700,800,200 and wildland level 1 within a year. Each member is required to attend two Monday night trainings a month 1800-2200.
