Volunteers assist with various tasks to support international students at Oakland University, including providing rides, practicing English, and offering general support. Volunteers play a crucial role in helping students integrate and feel welcome.

Assist in organizing and distributing Christmas gifts to underserved youth. Volunteers will help with sorting, packaging, and delivering gifts to ensure every child receives a special holiday experience.

Provide tutoring support to children in need, helping them improve their academic skills and confidence. Volunteers will work with students on various subjects to enhance their learning experience.

Become a cat care volunteer to help homeless cats by spot cleaning their cages, refreshing their food and water, scooping their litterboxes, and spending time giving TLC and playtime. Volunteers use an online calendar to sign-up for available shifts.

Join the Capuchin Retreat for a fall cleanup. Volunteers will weed, trim back flowers and bushes, and rake leaves. Bring gardening tools, knee pads, gloves, and tarps if available.

Support educational programs by assisting instructors and engaging with participants. Tasks may include setup, cleanup, and participant interaction.

Participate in removing invasive plant species from the nature preserve using hand tools. No experience necessary, training provided.
