Volunteer firefighters with a department that responds to about 90 fire/rescue calls a year. Our ambulance service responds to approximately 600 calls a year. Fire and EMS are separate but you can be on either or both. Our primary ambulance is staffed with a full time paid crew consisting of a paramedic and EMT-Basic. These 6 people are employees of a private contracted service. Our backup ambulance is staffed by Fire District volunteer EMT-Basic personnel. We will provide training for the volunteer positions.
