We are looking for friendly, organized people to get our volunteers off on the right foot. The Volunteer Registration greets fellow volunteers, signs them in, and assists them in getting to where they need to be. This opportunity is suited for both individual volunteers and groups that want to work together. Volunteers must be 16 or over, and those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Volunteers play an important role helping vendors load in their wares and get settled, as well as pack up after a great weekend. Some shifts may involve moderate lifting. Volunteers must be 16 or older.

This area is for the young - and the young at heart! If you love facilitating creativity and learning, the Family Activities Area may be a perfect fit. Local organizations organize crafts, games, and interactive activities for the Family Area, where children and families can create, learn, and play together. Volunteers provide support to organizers and audience, helping with activities, keeping the area tidy, and more.

If you’re comfortable behind the wheel and enjoy hosting new people, consider joining the Transportation team. We need safety-conscious, patient drivers to provide shuttle service to performers, staff, and presenters. All drivers will participate in mandatory training and must be at least 21 years of age.

The best-kept secret of the Festival is how much fun the Festival Operations crew have. You could be doing anything from painting platforms to hanging signage, setting up chairs to building the dance floor. Volunteers must be 18 or over.

These volunteers assist festival goers by providing directions and first aid. Volunteers must be 18 or older.

Volunteers are needed to provide tender loving care to animals, including those in free-roaming environments and those requiring special attention due to acclimation or illness. Volunteers can schedule regular visits or come when they have extra time, but must register and have their schedule accepted by the organization.
