Lesson Volunteers work directly with riders and horses in a class, serving as either horse escorts (leaders) or side walkers. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided. Volunteers ensure the safety of both the horse and rider during lessons.

Barn Workers assist with various responsibilities depending on their skills and interests, including grooming, cleaning stalls, and maintaining tack areas. Horse experience is required for Level 2 tasks, such as catching and tacking horses.
