The Saluda County Fire Service is currently searching for individuals who are highly motivated to become a part of our team and who are willing to help others within the community. We are looking for firefighters to gain certifications set forth by the department, meet participation requirements, and assist with community events as needed. We welcome individuals who do not want to fight fire to apply with our department as well. Assist in the Trap Neuter and Return (TNR) program by helping to trap feral cats, transport them for spaying or neutering, and return them to their original location. Volunteers may also help educate the community about TNR and assist with loaning traps to residents.
