As a foster parent, you will provide a temporary home for cats and kittens until they are adopted. Responsibilities include feeding, socializing, and caring for the cats, as well as transporting them to veterinary appointments if needed.

Volunteers are needed to commit to one or two shifts per week, each shift lasting an hour. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and dependable. Responsibilities include various tasks to support the organization.

Experienced fosters are needed to socialize feral and undersocialized cats. This role requires a time commitment of at least 6 months or until the cat is socialized enough for shelter life.

Volunteers are required to commit to one hour per week, or preferably two one-hour shifts per week. Duties include cleaning cat cages, preparing food and water bowls, and socializing with cats.

Assist in maintaining the gardens and grounds of the Trumbull Nature & Arts Center. Responsibilities include planting, weeding, and general upkeep to ensure the area remains welcoming and educational for visitors.

Support the Trumbull Nature & Arts Center's educational programs and field trips by assisting with setup, participant engagement, and program facilitation. Volunteers help create a fun and educational experience for all attendees.

Provide administrative support for the Trumbull Nature & Arts Center, including tasks related to scheduling, purchasing, and general office duties to ensure smooth operation of programs.

Foster families are responsible for providing a clean, safe home where the animal will be cared for and loved while they wait to be adopted. Happily Furever After Rescue provides all necessary supplies during the foster period.

Assist with social media marketing efforts to raise awareness about the sanctuary and its mission. Volunteers will help create and share content across various platforms.

Help by transporting supplies like straw, hay, feed, and animals to and from the sanctuary. Volunteers must be dependable and have a valid driver's license.
