Facilitate communication between staff, students, and parents for a particular ensemble. This role involves ensuring that all parties are well-informed and any concerns are addressed promptly.

Assist with planning and executing special events, including setting up concert receptions and selling merchandise at concerts.

Assist ESYO office staff with mailings and other office work. This role supports the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations.

Volunteer educators are needed to host seminars, classes, and programs for young parents on various topics, including parenting, wellness, and creative arts. Volunteers should have expertise in a relevant subject area.

Volunteers assist with office support, data entry, donation intake, and organizing donations. They may also help with event registration, parking, and other tasks depending on the event.

Assist guests with obtaining a 3-day supply of emergency food and help with organizing and maintaining the food pantry.

Mentors are needed to support young parents by sharing life skills, increasing self-sufficiency, and developing stronger parenting skills. Volunteers meet monthly with participants and provide guidance and support.

Rangers act as non-confrontational community mediators, providing reliable information and facilitating public safety. Volunteers must attend a pre-event training course and an onsite orientation to participate.

Greeters welcome participants, help them understand the Ten Principles of Burning Man, and provide useful information about the event. Volunteers set the welcoming vibe for all attendees.

Utilize your unique skills and talents to support ECOS's mission. This could include anything from graphic design to event planning, depending on your expertise.

Work collaboratively to build a community that prioritizes the interests and future of children. Volunteers will engage in initiatives to improve community structures and support youth development.

Assist with the care and rehabilitation of rescued animals, including feeding, cleaning, and providing companionship. Volunteers may also help with adoption application processing and event planning.

Assist with student applications and registrations for STEM competitions. Write and review STEM problems, test and develop web content, and help spread the word about upcoming online olympiad competitions. Volunteers will also reach out to potential sponsors.

Join one of ECOS's committees to help plan and execute various initiatives and events. Work with other passionate individuals to drive the organization's goals forward.

Parking volunteers guide attendees into the correct spaces and ensure a smooth exit for vehicles. They are crucial for the event's logistics and help prevent vehicles from getting stuck.

Be an inspiration to young people by serving as a positive role model. Help guide youth to success in school and life by being a supportive mentor.

Serve on the ECOS Board of Directors to provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization. Help guide ECOS in achieving its mission and long-term goals.

Lead groups on nature walks and hikes, sharing your knowledge and passion for the environment. Help participants learn about local flora and fauna while promoting conservation.

Gate volunteers are responsible for checking attendee IDs against their tickets, issuing wristbands, and welcoming participants with hugs, high fives, and fist pumps. Volunteers ensure a smooth entry process for all attendees.
