Construction Volunteers assist in building new cages and repairing old ones, as well as constructing displays for educational shows. This role requires skills in construction and repair.

Animal Pickup Personnel are involved in the on-site rescue of injured birds, often requiring physical activity to capture and transport the animals safely. Training in animal capture is provided.

Transport Personnel are responsible for transporting birds to and from the vet or other facilities, as well as picking up food and supplies. This role involves little to no actual animal handling.
