The Sheridan Fire Department is currently taking applications for the positions of volunteer firefighter (and/or EMT if interested). All volunteers must provide 24hrs of station duty time each month. Assist with various library tasks such as organizing books, helping with events, and supporting library programs. Volunteers will work closely with library staff to enhance the library experience for patrons.

Volunteers are needed to transport dogs to our rescue or vet appointments. This role is crucial for the safe and timely arrival of dogs into our program.

Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month to interact with Great Pyrenees dogs in our program. Volunteers will walk, brush, talk, or read to the dogs. A short training session is required before volunteering.

Groomers are needed to volunteer their skills in providing grooming or bathing services to the Great Pyrenees dogs in our care.

Assist with organizing and managing events where adoptable dogs are showcased. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, interacting with the public, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the dogs.

Provide language support for our diverse patient base, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking patients.

Drive our mobile medical unit to various locations, ensuring access to healthcare for those unable to visit the clinic.

Join our team to provide essential medical care to uninsured and underinsured residents. We are seeking physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses to volunteer their expertise.

Licensed mental health professionals are needed to offer counseling services for depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues, often provided virtually.

Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, helping to manage patient check-ins and appointments.

Volunteer as a dentist, dental hygienist, or dental assistant to help provide non-emergency dental care, including extractions and fillings, to those in need.

Assist with the installation and removal of floral displays throughout the year on the Noblesville Bridge of Flowers. Your efforts will help maintain the beauty and vibrancy of this community landmark.

Join the team to assist with fundraising efforts to support the Noblesville Bridge of Flowers. Your involvement will help ensure the continued growth and maintenance of the floral displays.

Volunteers will contact township trustees and various agencies to identify potential clients. They will also distribute informational materials to shelters and food pantries.
