Help staff the Sister Bay Historical Society information table at various events. This role involves interacting with the public and providing information about our organization.

Help with data entry tasks for archiving historical information. This role involves entering data into our digital archives to preserve historical records.

Assist with various special events such as Trivia Night, Rummage Sale, Garden Walk, Fish Boil, Farmers Market, and Christkindlmarkt. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure the success of these events.

Participate in spring cleaning activities at the museum and historical sites. This role involves general cleaning tasks to prepare our facilities for the upcoming season.

Assist with opening and closing the store, aiding website development, and looking up the value of items on the Internet.

Assist in picking up large furniture donations, including driving the truck. Volunteers will help transport items safely to the store.

Assist in receiving and sorting donations. Volunteers will help ensure that all incoming items are properly categorized and prepared for sale.

Help put items out on the sales floor and restock different departments. Volunteers will ensure that the store is well-organized and items are displayed attractively.

Door Shakespeare is looking for friendly volunteers to assist with performances. Tasks include greeting patrons, directing them to parking, selling concessions, helping at wine night, and ushering. Office and administrative projects are also available.

In the Program Assistance role, volunteers will help with various educational and community programs hosted by the foundation. This may include setting up events, assisting participants, and providing support to staff.

As a Museum Docent, you will guide visitors through the museum, sharing knowledge about the exhibits and the history of Ephraim. No prior experience is needed, and training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in your role.

As a Tram Guide, you will lead tours on the history tram, providing engaging narratives about the sites and stories of Ephraim. This role requires enthusiasm and a passion for local history, with training provided.

The Clearing’s Winter Program is a great opportunity for people to volunteer their time and share their expertise through teaching. The Winter Program runs for eight weeks during January and February, offering over 100 classes in the arts, fine crafts, humanities, and natural sciences.
