The Skippack Fire Company is a 100% all volunteer organization, responding to 280 calls for service in 2018. The Skippack Fire Company operates out of one firehouse which provides primary fire and rescue protection to the residents, businesses of Skippack Township and those visiting and traveling through town. We are always looking for new members. We appreciate your consideration. | Requirements: If you have ever thought that you would like to join a fire company, but had second thoughts, we ask you to give it a third thought. There are many positions that need to be filled in our company, from fire fighting, fire police, and support services. Our company is all volunteer, free of any paid positions. Assist with feeding, cleaning, and caring for the cats at the rescue. Volunteers may also help with adoption events and other community outreach activities.
