Join the Trail Crew to help maintain and clean up the trails at Black Run Preserve. Volunteers will remove trash, clear overgrowth, and address any debris left by illegal dumping to protect the environment and wildlife.

Contribute to TSParentsOnline and Teens4TS blogs by sharing life stories, engaging on TS-related topics, or showcasing writing talents.

Assist in managing the school's social media presence to promote events and engage with the community. Volunteers will help create content and interact with followers.

Support the school's library by organizing books, assisting students in finding resources, and maintaining the library's catalog. Volunteers will also help in setting up reading clubs.

Volunteer as a Tamil language teacher to help children learn to read, write, and speak Tamil. No prior teaching experience is required, as guidance will be provided by the team.

Help organize cultural events and activities that celebrate Tamil heritage. Volunteers will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events throughout the school year.

The GKFC is an all-volunteer organization with two fire stations Green Knoll Station No. 1 located at 606 North Bridge Street Green Knoll Station No. 2 located on Dow Road The Green Knoll Fire Company serves a population of 30,000 residents covering 15 square miles of schools, libraries, houses, businesses, churches, synagogues, temples, and shopping malls. The Green Knoll Volunteer Fire Company responds to over 600 calls a year and provides reciprocal assistance to neighboring townships. | Requirements: Must be 18 or older. Cadet members must be at least the age of 15. Cadet members may provide support in non-operational areas. All applicants will be subject to a complete background check. Firefighters must be 18 years of age or above and are responsible for responding to fire calls, and actively participating in work details, drills, fundraising and community events. Not 18 yet? No problem. We accept junior members at the age of 16; once you turn 18 we will send you to a Nationally Accredited Fire Academy.
