Covenant Care is seeking active duty and veteran volunteers to support the We Honor Veterans program, a national program that honors hospice patients who are veterans. Volunteers assist with outreach and education for veterans helping them to access hospice care and visit veteran patients to present them with certificates and pins, thanking them for their service to our country.
