We are looking for some Volunteers to serve as Firefighters and/or EMT's for the Milford Fire Department. We have a mixed staff of males and females that serve. If your 18 years of age or older and feel like helping people out in thier time of need, we have a spot for you. We take care of The City of Milford, City of West Okoboji, City of Wapheton, and the rural areas around those towns. Assist in organizing and facilitating basketball skills sessions for youth in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Volunteers will help with speed and agility exercises, ball handling, and shooting instructions under the guidance of accredited coaches.

Volunteers prepare food packs for food insecure children in Jackson County. Packing is done at the Jackson County Food 4 Kids building next to New Fashion Pork. Groups of 6-8 adults are preferred, and packing takes about an hour. Kids are welcome to help.

Fosters provide temporary homes for animals until they are adopted. Fosters must live within Jackson, MN city limits to facilitate vetting and visits. They receive a 30% discount on pet supplies and apparel.

Volunteers help run A Pet's Tale, a fundraising storefront. This role involves assisting customers and managing store operations to support the organization's mission.

Greet guests, scan tickets, direct musicians and vendors, and answer questions. Volunteers should be comfortable walking to and from vehicles as the entrance is set back from the stage.

Assist in preparing the festival grounds by setting up stages, tables, tents, signage, and more. This role is ideal for hands-on individuals who want to help build the festival experience from the ground up.

Sell festival t-shirts, stainless cups, stickers, and band merchandise. Ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and can handle cash transactions.
