Serve snacks and meals to Club kids. Volunteers are expected to provide approximately 4 service hours from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm (snack) or 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm (dinner) throughout 2 days each week for at least 8 weeks, with each shift covering the entire meal service.

Provide programmatic support for the Club kids, including homework help, fitness activities, social-emotional learning, and more. Volunteers are expected to provide at least 10 service hours from 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm throughout 3 days each week for at least 8 weeks, with each shift being at least 2 hours long.

Greeters check dancers in as they arrive at the performance venue and direct them to the green room, ensuring smooth operations before the show.

The Head of Concessions manages the setup and operation of the concession stand, coordinating donated items and ensuring cash boxes are attended. They also oversee concession volunteers and handle payments.

The Crew Manager assists with props and set work, leading the Stage Crew during rehearsals and performances. They ensure props and set pieces are correctly placed during shows.

The Green Room Coordinator manages the Green Room, providing a mess-free craft for approximately 80 children and coordinating with Class Volunteers to maintain order. They communicate with the Children’s Stage Managers and submit receipts for craft costs to the Treasurer for reimbursement.

Class Volunteers assist children in the Green Room, ensuring they are show-ready by helping with costumes, bathroom needs, and maintaining quiet. They follow directions from the Green Room Coordinator.

Stage Hands help transport and set up props and sets, assisting with scene changes and breakdowns. They must be able to lift and carry items.

Committee Members brainstorm and create costumes and props, attending meetings and working on projects. They must meet deadlines and work within a budget, with costs reimbursed by the Treasurer.

Concessions Volunteers assist with selling concessions, ensuring cash boxes are attended, and verifying payments made via Venmo. They work under the Head of Concessions before the show and during intermission.

Costume Sign-in Volunteers help collect and check in costumes after the final show, sorting and loading them for return to the ballet barn.

Front of House volunteers welcome patrons, check tickets, and guide them to open seating. They also direct patrons to the Ticket Sales Volunteer for purchasing tickets and explain how to access programs via QR code.
