Foster caregivers provide a small, safe-space and a willingness to bottle feed kittens on a regular schedule and care for them until weaned. The Bitty Kitty Brigade will provide all food, supplies, and vetting as well as comprehensive training.

Committee Chairs work under the direction of the Executive Director to oversee the work of committees comprised of MSCA members. Responsibilities include creating a SMARTIE-driven annual workplan, supervising volunteers, and collaborating with the Executive Director.

Assist the Community Outreach Manager as needed. Run Nail Trim Clinics when the Events Manager is unavailable. Completion of our Nail Trim Clinic Training is required prior to handling any animals.

On June 3rd, 2023, UEFA members volunteered at the Twin Cities West Metro Asian Fair, where different ethnic groups presented their culture through musical performances, exhibits, cultural activities, and ethnic food. Volunteers supported the youth group, Hawthorn Orchard, in managing the activity booth.
