Volunteers will transcribe handwritten documents from the museum's collection into Microsoft Word. This role requires the ability to read cursive and attention to detail.

Volunteers will scan photographs from the museum's collection and upload them to the museum's Flickr page, organizing them with proper metadata. This role suits those familiar with Flickr and local history.

Volunteers will photograph artifacts and records held by the museum, adding images to the online catalog. This position requires skill with a DSLR camera and patience in handling historical materials.

Volunteers in this position will greet visitors and handle gift shop sales at the museum's welcome desk. They ensure visitors do not handle artifacts and allow them to self-guide through exhibit rooms. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Volunteers will organize the museum's flat files collection, determining which records are research materials or exhibit artifacts. This role requires analytical skills and experience handling oversized documents.

Volunteers will transcribe interviews from the museum's audio cassette collection using Microsoft Word. This position is ideal for those with attention to detail and experience in transcription.
