The Happy Heart Haven is looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with the care of the animals and the sanctuary. This is an independent role where volunteers will be trained by the founder, Cristi, and are expected to commit to regular weekly hours to help maintain the sanctuary and support the animals.

As an Animal Care Volunteer, you will assist in the daily care of the animals at the sanctuary, including feeding, grooming, and providing companionship. Volunteers are welcome to help with various tasks and are encouraged to reach out for more information on how to get involved.

Volunteers at Nurtured by Nature will assist in the care of animals and learn valuable skills in animal husbandry. Applicants must be 18 years or older and commit to at least one year of service, working outside in various weather conditions for approximately four hours each week.

As a Level 1 Support Volunteer, you will engage in non-public and non-client facing activities such as organizing donations, providing meals, and assisting with event setup. This role is essential for supporting the operations of the Alabaster Jar Project.

As a Level 3 Client-Facing Volunteer, you will work directly with survivors by leading workshops, organizing outings, and providing transportation, in addition to all Level 1 and Level 2 opportunities. This role requires trauma-informed training and a background check.

In this role, you will be public-facing as event staff and engage in community advocacy, along with all Level 1 opportunities. This position requires a phone call with the Program Director and completion of Alabaster Jar Project 101 Training.

Engage with the community to raise awareness about the services offered by Lamb of God Maternity Home. Responsibilities include attending events, distributing informational materials, and networking with local organizations.
