Young professionals, ages 18-35, who are dedicated to making a palpable difference in our community and are passionate about our cause. Members contribute to the development & expansion of the organization while having the opportunity to lead fundraising & awareness events, volunteer for MHM functions, and participate in local and national campaigns.

Volunteering at Moms Helping Moms is fun and rewarding! Join us in our air-conditioned/heated warehouse in Warren Township, Somerset County, to sort baby clothes, count diapers, and repackage loose diapers. We welcome individual volunteers, ages 14+, to help out in our warehouse on many weekdays.

Volunteers under 14 or those preferring off-site projects can host supply drives, create literacy flashcards, or collect and sort clothing. These activities support MHM's mission from various locations.

The Green Brook Fire Department has been providing fire protection and rescue services to the residents and visitors to the Township of Green Brook since 1928. The Green Brook Rescue Squad has been providing emergency medical services to the residents and visitors to the Township of Green Brook since 1950. In 1999 the two Departments merged to create the Green Brook Fire-EMS Department. The membership consists of 100% volunteers. The Department is seeking dedicated, community minded individuals for essential community service. After joining the Department you will be provided all necessary training and protective clothing at no charge. In that time frame you must be able to attend and pass a NJ State certified Firefighter 1 Course. The FF 1 course is usually 2 nights a week and 1 day on the weekend for approximately 3.5 months. The Washington Valley Library is seeking volunteers to assist with library operations. Volunteers will help with organizing books, assisting visitors, and maintaining the library environment.

Volunteers participate in plantings, clean-ups, and other essential projects to help parks thrive. Responsibilities include removing litter, invasive plants, and maintaining trails.

Assist with equine-assisted therapy sessions and activities, supporting therapists and ensuring a safe environment for clients and horses. Volunteers will help with horse care and client interaction.

Help with off-site adoption events by setting up, interacting with potential adopters, and assisting with the care of animals during the event. Volunteers will play a crucial role in finding homes for our animals.

Provide exercise and socialization for dogs and cats in our care. Volunteers will help improve the animals' quality of life and prepare them for adoption by spending time walking dogs and socializing with cats.

Participate in organizing and executing fundraising events to support our life-saving programs. Volunteers will engage with the community to raise awareness and funds for our rescue efforts.

Assist with operations at our Thrift shop, helping to organize and manage items for sale. Volunteers will contribute to fundraising efforts that support our animal rescue mission.
