Assist the Program & Events Coordinator in finding and scheduling guest speakers for monthly meetings and wildlife programs. This role requires a commitment of 2-3 hours per month.

Volunteers are needed at events to assist with registration, preparation of give-away materials, ushering, and light food service. Volunteers are expected to arrive an hour before the event starts to help set up and can enjoy the presentation once it begins.

Assist with the compilation of data for the Hartford Christmas Bird Count. Coordinate with area captains, compile results, and enter data into Excel. This role is active from late November to early January.
