Assist in the upkeep of various trail sections, ensuring they remain safe and accessible for all users. Responsibilities include clearing debris, repairing pathways, and enhancing the trail's natural beauty.

Participate in organizing and executing events such as guided walks, educational programs, and fundraising activities that promote the trail and encourage community involvement.

Volunteers assist with ongoing restoration projects at various parks and trails, including meadow restoration and invasive plant management. Projects are located in Norwalk, Wilton, and Ridgefield.

River Rangers adopt a section of the river to oversee and improve by picking up litter, clearing debris, and cutting back invasive plant species. Volunteers set their own schedule and can contact NRWA for assistance with larger issues.

Become a cat caretaker at Petco locations in Westport and Norwalk. Responsibilities include feeding cats, cleaning their cubbies, and providing them with playtime. Training is provided and required in the form of an initial 45-minute orientation.
