Program volunteers will engage in activities such as grooming and bathing Fjord horses, cleaning paddocks, and assisting with camps and special events. Volunteers must complete an application, attend an orientation, and commit to 40 hours of work in a 3-month period, with training provided.

Volunteers can assist with maintenance jobs such as painting, cleaning, gardening, and mowing. Specialized work like excavation and construction is also appreciated, along with general farm jobs such as cleaning pens and helping with special events.
