We are a rural volunteer fire department responsible for fire protection and emergency services in a 58 square mile area within eastern Wood County, Texas. The department will provide all necessary training and equipment to acceptable candidates. | Requirements: Applicants must be between 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and in good physical condition. You must also have a good driving record and submit to a background check. A physical conditioning test may be required for acceptance.
