The Head of Marketing will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and audience of Defying Limits Theatre Group. This role involves managing social media, creating promotional materials, and coordinating with media outlets.

Present discussions in facilities to raise awareness about sex trafficking and teach individuals how to advocate for themselves and others.

Provide essential care by bottle feeding kittens who are too young to eat on their own. This role requires patience and dedication to ensure the kittens' healthy growth.

Focus on raising awareness in the community about human trafficking through tailored education trainings for various groups including church groups, parents, and professionals.

Engage with potential survivors in vulnerable areas, providing information about Hub of HOPE and human trafficking, and distributing 'HOPE bags' to survivors.

Support survivors by assisting them in following through with their established goals, helping them transition from exploitation to a life of freedom.

Assist with organizing and running adoption events to help our cats find loving homes. Volunteers will interact with potential adopters and help showcase our adoptable cats.

Meet victims where they are, respecting their recovery process, and connect them with necessary resources for immediate needs like food, shelter, and medical care.

The Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns to support the theatre group's mission. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with donors and sponsors.

Provide phone support to law enforcement, local agencies, community members, and victims of trafficking, connecting them with the Victim Response Team.

The Accountant will manage the financial records of the theatre group, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong financial and analytical skills.

Provide temporary homes for cats and kittens, offering them care and love until they find their forever homes. This role is crucial in helping us manage the number of cats we can rescue.

Facilitate support group sessions for survivors, focusing on life-skills, therapeutic art, and other activities. Volunteers must be certified in 'Ending the Game' intervention.

Join the OORC Trail Crew to help maintain adopted trail systems. Volunteers will engage in activities such as lopping, weedeating, and clearing trails of downed trees. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the preservation of our local trails and enjoy the outdoors.

Work with the Hub of HOPE Fundraising Committee to brainstorm, plan, and implement events and projects to raise funds to sustain the work of Hub of HOPE and its teams.

Assist with various aspects of theatre production including building sets, painting, ushering, and cleaning. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of performances and the smooth operation of events.

Help transport cats to and from vet appointments, ensuring they receive necessary medical care. This role is vital for maintaining the health and well-being of our rescue cats.
