Participate in regular cleanup activities at the library to maintain a clean and organized space for patrons. Tasks include dusting, organizing books, and tidying common areas.

Help maintain the library's garden by planting, weeding, and general upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.

Assist with various events at the Winthrop Library, including setup, coordination, and cleanup. Volunteers may also help with bake sales and other fundraising activities.

Help research, categorize, and enter artifacts, photos, and documents into a database. Some tasks can be completed from home, offering flexibility for volunteers.

Receive training to work with the public on weekends. Volunteers are expected to work 2-½ hours twice a month, engaging with visitors and sharing information about the center's exhibits and mission.
